iToday 0.2 & SkrewCommon 1.31 released

- Change date format from day.month to month.day (auto settings soon).
- Add Calendar events.
- Birthday date are displayed same as date from Agenda. If its wrong, fix it in Agenda.
- Add battery level in %. Its more accurate, no ? :)
- You can enable/disable video.
