I just started porting vWallpaper/vRingtones on firmware 3.0.

Actually i got hook part working, i have to finish port of GUI app

Testers can write to me (you know my email, and please don't publish it! :p), i will send back 2 .deb to install.

UPDATE : version removed too ... I really need someone who have problem with 1.54 version and can provide me an vnc access to see whats happen on your iPhone, because it run fine on mine. I can't debug a problem when it works fine here ...

SkrewCommon 1.54 are released again, with less memory use and fix problem of iPhone going sleeping when you watch videos with iPod.

This version remove the hack introduced to previous 1.54 version of SkrewCommon for Winterboard.

I waiting for some feedbacks to give this update to iSpazio.

First, Saurik tell me next version of Winterboard will let user to deactivate wallpaper for themes. So i don't have to handle this.

You can use this nice trick sended by Jerry R. (Thanks):
"For those people who want to use a theme in Winterboard, but do not want to edit & rename their wallpaper,png, they can use this winterboard theme. All the theme does is present a transparent wallpaper.png, so that vWallpaper can be seen. They must just move this theme ABOVE their theme for it to work. Just add it to /Library/Themes"

A new version of SkrewCommon released with :

- Hook get a cure of slimfast!
- You can now watch a movie with iPod without getting iPhone sleeping.
- As Saurik don't reply to my mail, vWallpaper now works with theme/webtheme of Winterboard (but it's not a clean fix, as Winterboard still display wallpaper/web theme in background, this is a waste of speed/memory for nothing!)

Here are the first public version of vWallpaper/vRingtones. Thanks to all people who helped me!

Add http://i.danstaface.net/deb/ to cydia and install it!

It's a release candidate, and you would find the final version (after some feedback) on iSpazio repo (Thanks Fabiano).

What's new in this version:
- You can add some pictures over the video who can give great effects, as you can see on videos (thanks Josh for this great idea).
- vRingtones don't popup when you have a double call.

This is the most important update for me since firmware 2.x ! :)

First, beta are closed now! Expect a public version very soon.

What's new ?

- SkrewCommon now use MobileSubstrate.
- vRingtones are back! You can use Video Ringtones as Ringtones.
- You can now switch off/on vWallpaper/vRingtones without restarting Springboard (same for changing videos)
- vWallpaper don't stop iPod music (Warning, it don't work with PwnPlayer, as it don't use the normal API SBMediaController isPlaying).
- iPhone can sleep while vWallpaper are running (but it stop vWallpaper of course! :p).

- Video Ringtones are working now
- Suggestions and bugs reported are fixed too

vWallpaper & Skrewcommon got an update, with fully automatised installation

Also i started porting Ringtones for iPhone 2.x. There are only quick convert option ATM.

As usual, it's only for regular testers. I don't take any new tester for the moment. Thanks for understanding.
